Studia w krakowskiej Akademii Sztuk Pięknych (1996-2001) na Wydziale
Malarstwa w pracowni prof. Jacka Waltosia oraz w pracowni rysunku
prof.Teresy Kotkowskiej-Rzepeckiej. Pobyt na stypendium w Akademie der
Bildende Künste w Norymberdze w pracowni malarstwa prof. Johannesa
Grützke w 1999/2000. Dyplom z wyróżnieniem w pracowni prof. Stanisława
Rodzińskiego w 2001 roku. Pracuje na stanowisku adiunkta na Wydziale
Zarządzania Politechniki Częstochowskiej, prowadzi zajęcia Reklamy
Wizualnej. Doktorat na Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Krakowie w 2006 roku.
Członek Zarządu ZPAP Okręgu Częstochowskiego oraz Sekcji Pastelistów.
Prace w zbiorach muzeów polskich oraz w kolekcjach prywatnych w kraju i
za granicą.

- Born in
Częstochowa in 1976, Jacek Sztuka studied in the studio of
Professor Teresa Kotkowska-Rzepecka and in the studio of
Professor Jacek Waltoś at the Faculty of Painting of Krakow
Academy of Fine Arts. He won a scholarship to visit the studio
of Professor Johannes Grűtzke at the Akademie der Bildende
Kűnste in Nurnberg. He graduated summa cum laude from the studio
of Professor Stanisław Rodziński. He also graduated with a
diploma from Teacher Training School of Professor Adam Brincken.
He presented his works in six individual exhibitions.
His works can be found in collections of Polish museums and in
private collections in Poland and abroad, i.e. in Germany,
Austria, the United States, Italy, Finland, Norway, Japan, Saudi
Arabia, India and Australia. He got a doctor's degree at the
Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow in 2006. He is employed as an
assistant reader at the Faculty of Management of Częstochowa
Technical University. He is a Member of the Board of the Union
of Polish Artists and Designers (UPAD) and a member of the
Pastellist Section of UPAD in Częstochowa Regional branch of the
Union.
